Exchange Policy

Order Cancellation

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order after payment has been successfully processed. In certain cases, unforeseen circumstances may prevent us from fulfilling an order. This could include:
  • Insufficient stock
  • Product quality not meeting our standards
  • Incorrect product delivered (if the item you receive is different from what you ordered)

In such instances, you will receive a full refund via the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

Once you receive your product, you have 48 hours to confirm your satisfaction. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may exchange the product for the same item or one of equal or greater value. Please note that we do not offer refunds; only exchanges are permitted.

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving your order at care@thebabycocoon.in or call us at 9811589778 (Monday-Saturday, 10 a.m. - 7 p.m.).

Provide your order number, the reason for the return or exchange, and any supporting photos if applicable.

Wait for approval from our team. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.

Ship the product back to the address provided below. Please note that return shipping must be arranged and paid for by the customer. We do not offer reverse pick-up services.

Special Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

Discounted or Sale Items:
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for discounted, clearance, or end-of-season sale products.

Personalised Products:
Custom or personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Packaging & Condition:
Returns will only be accepted if the product is in its original packaging, including tags, bags, boxes, invoices, warranty cards, and all accessories. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. Used, soiled, or altered items will not be eligible for returns and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

Delivery Condition:
Please inspect your package upon delivery. Do not accept packages that are damaged, opened, or soiled upon receipt. If the package appears damaged, kindly reject it or contact us immediately.

Processing Time for Exchanges:
Once we receive your returned product and verify its condition, the exchange process will take 5-7 business days. You will be notified via email once the exchange is processed.
